n this phase of your journey you start to harvest and integrate the learning and insights you have gained about yourself from the work and discussions concluded to date. Thereafter you move into either reviewing your existing vision or compiling your personal vision. In this section you will learn:
- How to reflect and be mindful about which questions to ask to gain insight about who you are and the natural gifts you have been blessed with;
- How to compile and test your personal vision e.g. Am I actually allowed to dream the things I dream about?
- How to integrate your personal values into your personal vision;
- The value and process of mind mastery;
- The value and process of uninhibited writing as an aid to distil clarity of your thoughts, vision and current realities;
- How to explore, examine and question yourself to get to a deeper level of insight.
